No, we do not currently have climate-controlled units. The units are wind, water and weather tight.
The facility is available 24hrs per day 365 days per year.
We offer a variety of packing and storage supplies. These are subject to availability but include packing blankets, locks, boxes, etc.
Cancellation policies are very well described in our leasing agreement. With that said, a 60-day notice is required for most requests to vacate.
Units do not have any special protection against moisture and mold. The self-storage boxes do provide the highest level of protection against wind, weather, and water infiltration because of door and lock design which includes weather stripping.
Each member is provided a private and secure access code that allows access and egress availability based on their lease terms.

Security is a major priority to keep members items safe. The perimeter is surrounded by a 7' commercial grade fence with an additional 1' of barb wire atop. The facility has ample lighting, 4k security cameras, motion sensors, license plate reading technology and facial cameras at the entrance of the facility.
The facility is maintained on a constant basis. Members are also required and held accountable for cleanliness of their leased area.
Yes, the facility is monitored and available 24/7
You are able to reserve a unit both online and in person. The preferred method for reservation is online through our state-of-the-art reservation suite that offers digital signatures and downloadable documentation.
We do not offer moving or transportation services.
Rental costs are calculated through a competitive pricing analysis with local competitors along with availability factors.
We do offer insurance options for those in need.
All service and move in fees are fully disclosed and detailed in the lease agreement.
Current members who refer new customers attain up to $50 dollars off their next months storage fees.
